Agent Ransack 2010 does NOT support installation over the installation of Agent Ransack 1.7.3. First you must uninstall the old version before installing Agent Ransack 2010.
If you forget to uninstall you can re-install the
old version and then simply uninstall it.
Or, if you just want to remove the extra shell extension entry run:
regsvr32 /u arshellext.dll
Can I have both?If you want both the old and new version installed then either:
- Use FileLocator Lite instead
- OR, make sure you install into different folders
